We call our cleaners hivekeepers - and we take that title seriously. Our hivekeepers are detail-oriented, respectful, dependable, and take pride in doing a job well. If you're exploring careers in home cleaning that make a real difference, we’re especially looking for folks who:

Live in or near our service areas (Yamhill County, Sherwood, Wilsonville, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Tigard, or Tualatin)
Have reliable transportation
Can pass a background check
Enjoy physical work and have an eye for detail
Are ready to help people feel better in their space

Experience is great, but not required—we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

What does a typical day look like? Our hivekeepers visit 1–3 homes a day, depending on the schedule, with clear instructions and tools that help them succeed. You might be doing a standard weekly clean, a deep clean before a party, or a refresh for a busy family who just needs a break.

You'll work independently (or sometimes with a teammate) and use eco-friendly products, clear checklists, and a bit of elbow grease to leave homes sparkling and clients smiling.

And yes—many of our clients rave about our custom Clean Hive scent (think eucalyptus, sage, and olive leaf). You’ll bring that fresh, clean vibe into every home.
